T'ai Chi Chih® Instruction
T'ai Chi Chih movements are easy to learn and very effective at assisting the flow of energy
in the body. T'ai Chi Chih has be shown to increase flexibility and balance, to stimulate the immune system, and to

Classes
I am an accredited T'ai Chi Chih instructor and have been teaching this simple form of T'ai Chi since April of 1994.
At this point I am teaching a Wednesday morning class at the Jackson Family YMCA. The class starts at 8:00 AM with
fifteen minutes on detailed instruction on individual moves. This is followed by 45 minutes where I guide you through
the full form with only a few tips and reminders so that the benefits of practice may be fully experienced. Students
of all levels are welcome to join us for either or both parts of the hour. The class is free to YMCA members; non-members
may pay a monthly fee that will allow them to access not only T'ai Chi Chih, but also Yoga, Pilates, and other Aerobics classes.
